Delivery & Returns
All of our tiles are produced in Europe, due to us not manufacturing them locally our lead time is currently 7-10 days.
Please note, due to the safe working practices in place due to the current situation and changes in the structure of the European Union we are currently experiencing some port delays, this in turn has caused our lead times to change slightly.
Once an order has been placed goods can normally be dispatched for delivery within seven working days. Delivery of special orders, slabs, large-format tiles, some bathware and sizeable orders is best carried out on specialist off-load vehicles, so timescales may increase. A specific delivery date will be arranged to suit you.
Our team will keep you up to date with your delivery lead times when orders are placed we will do our upmost to ensure that we get them to you as soon as possible.
Due to the variation which occurs porcelain, decorative & glazed materials we operate a non-return policy. It should be noted that any surplus tiles are worth keeping as they will be from the same batch as your original material and can be utilised should any damage occur after the tiles have been installed.
